Our job starts with you: understanding what you need, so we can offer you options that you and your family will enjoy. The Grateful Plate offers a wide range of menu items and meal plans. We offer a variety of tried and true favorites, or we can work with you to develop a menu that caters specifically to you!
Do you enjoy eating healthy delicious food but don't have the time or energy to cook? Do you want restaurant quality meals in the convenience of your own home? The Gypsy Kitchen could be the solution for you!
Our talented chefs will come to your home and cook a variety of healthy meals for you and your family to enjoy all week. We cater to any and all dietary restrictions and will cook anything from our menu or your favorite family recipes.
Delicious food with a healthy twist is our specialty! And our services are surprisingly affordable, averaging around $25.00 per generous serving depending upon your meal selections.
Not sure what you need, or what it costs? We're here to help. Contact us and we will consult with you to determine what services are best suited to your needs. Our packages start with two meals per week (up to 4 servings per meal) for a flat rate plus the cost of groceries.

Oven roasted pork tenderloin served with a maple, balsamic sauce with fresh herbs, served with seasonal vegetables.
Decadent prosciutto, wrapped around tender cod, served with flavorful lemony spinach, and citrus caper sauce.
Grilled Steak served with street taco style sides and cilantro lime cauliflower rice.
Tender oven roasted chicken breast and asparagus served with a rosemary citrus apricot glaze and fresh herbs.
Tender chicken breasts with sauteed mushrooms smothered in a rich marsala wine sauce and served over pureed potatoes or pasta.
Tender chicken breasts pounded thin, served with a fennel, orange, red onion and olive sauce.
Lucious chicken thighs with crisp skin served with a mushroom and blanched almond sauce, topped with fresh herbs. Served with seasonal vegetables, or lentils.
Pork cutlets pounded thin, dredged in seasoned bread crumbs and topped with a salad of escarole, pickled red onions, fresh herbs and pecorino cheese.
Juicy, brined pork tenderloin with sweet sauteed apples and brussel sprouts. Served with a dijon mustard sauce.
Tender orecchiette pasta tossed with broccoli rabe pesto and sweet or spicy Italian sausage.
Flavorful pork meatballs, pickled vegetables, fresh herbs, and basmati or cauliflower rice served with a sriracha mayonnaise and fresh lime.

A variety of roasted beets, fresh herbs and balsamic vinegar reduction. Can be served with orange and coriander marinated chicken.
Whole wheat pasta, chickpeas, garlic, tomatoes and sage baked to perfection with mozzerella and parmesan cheese.
Sweet red bell peppers stuffed with breadcrumbs, olives, capers, tomatoes, parmesan and fresh mozzerella cheese and fresh herbs. Italian sausage can be added.
Delicata squash, kale, raisins and garlic combined with a luscious bechamel sauce topped with hazelnuts and panko and baked to bubbly perfection. Perfect with balsamic glazed chicken!
Tender patties of ground chickpeas and spices baked to crispy perfection. Served with tahini sauce, grilled seasonal veggies and tzatziki sauce. Perfect on their own or with lemon and herb roasted chicken thighs.
Corn tortillas filled with pinto beans, corn, onions and cheese topped with a delicious poblano cream sauce and baked to bubbly perfection.
Chick peas, sweet potatoes, onions, tomatoes and Moroccan spices simmered together until tender and finished with bright lemon zest. Served over freekeh or rice. Pairs well with any protein.
Quinoa, broccoli, and crispy spiced chickpeas baked with a velvety cheese sauce until bubbly. Pairs well with chicken.

Luscious portobello mushroom stuffed with tomato, onion, garlic and fresh mozzarella baked to perfection and topped with balsamic reduction. Pairs perfectly with grilled chicken or steak.
Orichette pasta with roasted cauliflower, chickpeas, arugula and garlic in a flavorful lemon sauce. Can be served with Chicken, Shrimp or Pork.

Tender marinated steak served on a baguette with brie, onion and tomato jam, and mixed greens. Served warm.
Beef and lamb meatballs with Mediterranean spices and fresh herbs, served with a cucumber and lemon tzatziki.
Tender chicken breast with apples, walnuts, smoked cheddar and dill tossed in a creamy dijon, lemon and herb dressing.
Rice noodles, marinated tofu, fresh veggies and herbs served with a coconut milk and lime dressing. Topped with toasted sesame seeds and toasted coconut.
A selection of artisanal cheeses and seasonal fruit served with a variety of crackers and fresh bread.
Endive and/or sliced cucumber topped with lemon and dill cream cheese, smoked salmon, and capers.
Skewered chicken thighs, grilled and basted with a sweet and savory orange and rosemary glaze.
A variety of cured meats served on foccacia bread with olive tapenade, lemon aoili, provolone cheese, and fresh greens.
Roasted garlic, black bean, spicy pepper, or traditional hummus served with a variety of fresh vegetables.
Grilled zucchini, eggplant, onion, and squash served on focaccia bread with olive tapenade, lemon aoili, and cheese.
